Nestled into lakeside pastures, the tipi at Öjerviks gård is a retreat like no other in Sweden. The tipi is completely private, just feet away from a private beach - an ideal place to find yourself if you want to totally unwind. At the tipi you have access to equipment suited for tipi life, such as a mini-viking-ship (aka “canoe”) for fishing and exploration, a kitchenette with a gas stove, fire place, and much more. Tipi life isn’t for everyone.
It’s for the adventurous ones. An ideal place to get closer to one another.
Warmth
The tipi comes with a comfortable double bed with thick down blankets and down pillows, like you would find at a nice hotel.
We also provide basic toiletries and towels large enough for daytime naps on the beach.
As for heating, the down blankets provide enough heat for sleeping at night. If you need a heat boost, go ahead and light a fire next to the beach.
Hygiene
The tipi is 2 meters from the lake. The lake is filled with water, so you won’t need a shower! ;)
For those that that prefer to get warm before a cold swim (us included!), please use the wood fire sauna (available in August, 2022), 100 meters from the tipi. Empty every pore on your body and breathe deeply - way better than a warm shower.

Kitchenette
15 meters from the tipi, under a large tree (cover from the rain), you will find a fully equipped kitchenette. It has a small refrigerator (& even smaller freezer), gas stove, and is complete with common kitchen gear and tableware. Included in your stay we provide 10 liters of water that you can refill at the farm, if needed. If you want to cook pasta you can use the water from the lake.
In the kitchenette pentry we provide coffee and tea. Please bring any other groceries you will need during your stay at the tipi.
